Jellyfin freezing on certain TVs but nothing else
I have an odd issue. I am hosting my jellyfin server on an N150 device. I gave 1 login to a family member using and ONN 4K streamer. For some reason the ONN device freezes for a couple of seconds every minute or so when remote. At the same spot every time. I thought it might be the streamer so i loaded Jellyfin on his android tv and it does the same. Freezes in the same spots each time. He casted from his phone to his tvs and everything worked fine. In Network at home no hiccups on any tv or device. I brought the ONN to a different remote location and hooked it up to a computer monitor. Nothing froze everything ran fine but when i hooked the ONN to a TV at the second remote location everything started to freeze again. Can anyone point me in a direction that might save what little hair i have left from being ripped out.
Clarifcation - We are using tailscale to remote.
I have reduced bit rate down to 10mbps
I have tried turning on and off transcoding
