For context, been working here for 8 months now and I still haven’t gotten my confirmation nor have I gotten an extension of my probation. Last discussion I had with the director, mentioned that I am performing really well as I had gotten a few achievements for the company and brand. However, every time I bring up the question of my confirmation, always say next week we will discuss but it has been a month already and still no discussion and constant avoidance.
