Hello guys, I have a drug test for a government job (very strict) that is due in 3 days, I am a very light smoker (like 2 - 3 times per month) last time I smoked was one week ago.

In the meantime I work out almost every other day, I drink like 4-5 liters of water every day, and I went to sauna twice in that time span. Also I I sot around 20 body fat with a slightly better metabolism than most people

Home drug tests are not an option in where I live as well as synthetic pee or even getting pee from someone.

I would appreciate it if I can get advice on what to do so that J need to come up completely clean
