23 years old, maxed out TFSA/RRSP/FHSA — what should I do next?

I’m 23 years old and I’ve already maxed out my TFSA, RRSP, and FHSA (mostly in VEQT). I also have an emergency fund, and everything is invested according to my goals/risk tolerance.

I’m wondering what the next best step is for my extra money. Should I start investing in a non-registered account? Focus on Canadian dividend stocks/ETFs? Prioritize capital gains? Save more for a future down payment?

My bank also set me up with an appointment with an advisor to discuss life insurance. From what I’ve read online, it doesn’t seem that great in my situation, but honestly I don’t know much about that area…

I know there isn’t one perfect answer, but I’m curious what people would do in my situation.

Thanks! :)))
