Took a photo of this from the 4th episode of HBO's The Night Of. He appears as some court official during Nasir Khan's (the protagonist) arraignment.

I remember this dude from a specific tv show or movie. It was a really good act, I think he was the protagonist. I also remember a woman in the show/movie being a love interest? (I think), or a co-protagonist. I seem to remember it being a sci-fi, but I'm not sure. I don't remember anything else from the show/movie, other than this actor did a great job in his act. Please help me identify him and possibly the movie/show I remember him from🙏🏻
