I have stable full-time employment making around $67k/year and can provide proof of income, pay stubs, references, and move-in funds. My credit has taken a hit due to past charge-offs, which has made getting approved through larger apartment complexes difficult, but I’m financially stable and dependable.

• 1-2 bedroom
• Around $1,200/month budget
• Winston-Salem / Clemmons / nearby areas
• Move-in ASAP
