So I got some cheap iron rangers in muleskinner and thanks to you guys decided to get some waxes into the leather… I used some saphir mid-brown and think they turned out great!
Now they’re much more weather resistant too.
*What would you do in my situation?*
I just picked up a pair of used Iron Rangers in Hawthorn Muleskinner (rough out)… they were a great deal… trouble is i do farm work, which means often mud and sometimes even animal manure… I don’t mind the boots being put to work but I don’t want permanent shit stains in the suede 😅
It’s hot here at the moment so they seemed like a good option at time… anyway, did I make the wrong choice for my work? What would you guys do? Shall I choose a different leather or try to wax them or something?
