Hey everyone, I’m a bit panicked and looking for some advice on what to do next.

​Last night, I received an automated email from Infinix saying I was registering for an Infinix ID. It included a verification code. I also got a second email confirming that the registration was successful.

​I was completely asleep during this time, so I definitely did not initiate this registration.

​I do own an Infinix device, but I haven't touched the account settings recently. Has this happened to anyone else with an Infinix phone? Is it possible this was some weird delayed system update/auto-registration?

Ask ko lang sana kung may naka-experience na sa inyo nito. Fully paid na kasi ako sa mga OLA na nagamit ko before (mabiliscash and juanhand), wala na akong outstanding balance or overdue. Pero hanggang ngayon, may mga tumatawag pa rin na unknown numbers. Minsan automated, minsan actual agents.

Medyo nakakastress na kasi kahit wala naman akong utang, tuloy-tuloy pa rin yung calls. Minsan ilang beses pa sa isang araw.

Ano bang pwedeng gawin sa ganito?
