A friend had to make a snide comment about how the only person my husband has recently toyed with was her, and when she said, "What am I wrong?" I snapped back, "Well, yes, because I was also hurt and toyed with." Only for her to get sad, moppy, and then "Well, I only say it since he kept going back and forth and such, but made sure you were there all the time." (Indicating, anytime we had big fights, my husband would follow me, make sure that we worked it out, and I didn't leave, but when she started a fight with him, he ignored it.) Now, I am being told off by our friend group. I don't understand.
