I’m in honest confused about this. I’m in California and have a full time job. I am ready to place my first machine.

For Tax purposes and to not get F$&@ed by the Gov, I am unsure if I should have a LLC or Corp-S ?

What is your best opinion on this situation?

I am ordering a HAHA Machine, I need to link the card reader to a bank right? Well is a credit union bank the best option or should I do a regular Bank? Like Chase ?

Maybe I miss understood this, but I thought been a Gold member gets your 15 dollars to spend on food or beverages.

There’s a restaurant onsite but upon checking in, they told me I must not click on to receive credits ?? They asked me to call Hilton and ask.

Hi friends! I recently purchased a CRV and can not pass the smog test here in California due to the catalytic converter. Anyone have any recommendations of where to buy a new one ? I’m not trying to buy a OEM has already invested to much but in this car.
