i have been working for over 2 hours to try and get Roblox support to help but every time it just ends with not enough proof of ownership I've even given proof of purchases, any help will be appreciated.

my account got hacked and i tried to get back in but they somehow locked me out, I owned the account for years so if there's anyway to get it back i would very happy.
