Lifesaver ignition interlock fail
So, I’m a complete idiot. Last week (in MN) I had a failed test. I had just thrown up (pregnant) and when it failed me I was feeling so poorly that I just decided to go lay down. 5 minutes later it was beeping very loudly for a retest even though I had shut off my car. I detached the device, went and laid down, then an hour later went and plugged it back in. On the screen was “temporary lockout” for the next 5 minutes, after that I passed and went and ran my errands. 3 days later I threw up again right before work and the same thing happened, but I was in a hurry to get to work so unplugged it again and got a ride. Got back from work quite a few hours later, plugged it in and it said “temporary lockout” again, passed after those 5 minutes. How fucked am I? I’ve had it for a year with no issues, and have unplugged it a few times before for weather related concerns. Edit to add: I already had a calibration appointment set for 3 days from now, so the service reminder is on the device as of today. These incidents were 2 and 5 days ago.
