I'm having a serious issue with my headphones, i can't use any settings in razer synapse,

Here's the thing, the synapse asks to set as default sound device

if i pressed set, it makes the output device Speakers (Razer Audio Controller - Game), if this happened I get 10% sound, a very low sound of the games and media (Youtube, Spotify, etc..)

if it's Headset Earphone (Razer Audio Controller - Chat , i get the headphones full sound but i can't set EQ or anything else

what's the solution?
