Hello peeps, I've started looking to invest in some property in Hyderabad. Came across this project and went ahead for a visit in Kompally. The project was launched on 25th April or so and they claim that they've achieved their initial sales target and then some. Of course there's a metro coming and a 6 lane highway and 3 flyovers and possibly ab airport too...
Anyway, the sales people really sold it well - rent guarantee, resale guarantee and all that. They mentioned it enough times that they're the hero in Chennai and all the stars who are/have been their brand ambassadors. Is it really so, though? Is Casagrand really all that they're claiming to be and is Kompally really going to see all this growth?
