Urine flow is less after Ectopic Tube removal surgery

I had an emergency surgery yesterday to remove my ectopic pregnancy which was in my right fallopian tube. It didn't rupture but i was in a lot of pain as my body was trying for a tubal abortion and it was putting pressure on my right tube that's why i was in so much pain so doctor told if they didn't remove it then it could've ruptured in 3-4days. So now i am lying in the hospital bed mostly i would get discharged today. But the things that are bothering me is extreme gas like pain all over my upper abdomen for which they are giving me medications. Also i noticed my urine flow is not like before...it's not coming in force even if i am full...it's coming with a thin flow everytime i go to the washroom. Is this normal?? Also the medications are giving me itch all over my hands..(lots of painkillers, vomiting meds, contact iv, gas meds etc)

Is it normal to get cramps and pain after first doze of MXT shot?

I was having severe right sided pain both in pelvis and leg two nights before and my beta hcg rose up to 900 from 500(1st june). I rushed to the ER and they found a 2.3cm mass in my right adnexa with mild free fluid in pod. They gave me MXT shot immediately. I started bleeding like a miscarriage and started getting bad right sided pain. Right now almost two nights after mtx shot i still have ocassional cramping twinges of pain on my right side. They have kept me on a complete liquid diet just in case i need immediate surgery. Right now i am having bleeding, right sided pain with twinges and extreme hot flashes. I am so scared if this is rupture. Did anybody go through the same like me and it was not rupture?
