Hello! My friend and I are in our early 20's and are from the states. We were looking for an affordable and beachy vacation to take for my friend's birthday, and Cartagena came up as a recommendation. We would be staying in the historic walled district. While it does look beautiful, we have some safety concerns as well as worries about being harassed by vendors. I'm seeing some mixed opinions online! Would love input from anyone who has been/lives there!
