I've been putting a few hours into the game already but still haven't seen a rose shard, any tips?

So I friended someone and when j go and check there following list a while after, I'm not sure when j friended them but I can't see myself on the following list

im making a papermc server for me and my friends and added 6 plugins: voice chat,husk homes, simpleTPA, endervault, minekube and chunky
and i have 16 gb ram allocated to the server but when i join, i have 150 ping
is there a plugin that could help me?

A game that has an afk button that actully plays for you, doing the quest line, traveling the world, fighting enemies all with one time button
