I quit a 2 year 1000mg habit and have been clean for 18 days and I ordered a kava drink from a kava shop and it had kratom in it, and then I ended up buying couple of those feel free shots and just took my last one. idk what made me do it but I had to confide somewhere I didn’t go back to 7oh but even the shot makes me super disappointed in my self. I know I’ll be okay, but just started new job and have so much anexity and it literally took all my anxiety away and made the day so much easier. I can’t and won’t fall back into the pattern but I’m just disappointed and wanted to vent. that’s all . I now find myself already craving it and any words of wisdom would be appreciated for someone whos been an idoit like me
