Sharing my Salary progression!

I’ll add some caveats here that my college degree is from a top 20 school (not sure how much that mattered)

Operations Coordinator - mid size tech company

Support Specialist - small fintech

Support Engineer/Sr. Support Engineer - very large (somewhat prestigious) Fintech

Sr Business Solutions Architect - mid size Fintech

If folks have questions about any roles they may not be familiar with here in tech I’m happy to answer any questions!

Hey all,

I’m in a somewhat unique situation. I’m moving from an old apartment with xfinity which I paid for, to a new apartment building where the building itself pays for wifi through xfinity and we just pay a wifi fee included in our rent.

I’ve spent about 3 hours on the phone so far try to figure this out. First time the rep asked me to sign a new contract for over $100 a month that added a Latin package (I don’t even speak Spanish lol) and she said this was my only option. She said this was required to cancel my old service (not true). I refused and said my wifi is included but she pressured me to sign this new contract so I hung up.

Trying again, this rep is refusing to tell me which wifi package is included in my rent, and is insisting I upgrade to an expensive package.

At this point I just need the wifi turned on my in apartment and activated with the bulk agreement. I’ve already filed a complaint with the FCC and the better business bureau but I’m not sure how long those take to resolved.

Is there anything else I can do? By far the worst customer service I’ve ever received
