Hello friends,

Is anyone familiar with the IFRC video interview structure. I have been invited to one for a manager position, I have to record myself and respond to 4 questions in 40 minutes.

This will be the first interview but I am not familiar with the format.

Tips on how to best prepare, what material to review, what to expect are welcome.
