About to cancel my Cleo subscription
Since end of march I’ve been having issues requesting money from the Cleo app only thing I get is this loading screen I don’t know what they did the app use to work great for me I even got to point were I didn’t needed to request money but kept in case anything happened & I needed to request money. Recently I moved & had to make some big purchases and needed to request money & this is when I ran into this issue I tried removing & adding back my account tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app nothing has helped & it doesn’t seem like they going to fix the app issue & I see others are having the same issue. And I really like Cleo advance cause I could borrow the money & just pay it back full when I got paid instead of now paying a high interest rate advance but I’m probably going to unsubscribe and delete the app since it really no point of keeping & paying a subscription fee.
