Nausea with morning workouts
I've been on 2.5mg for a month now, and the one thing I've really been struggling with is morning nausea. This nausea is a lot worse when I attempt a morning workout. I have been eating before any morning runs or workouts, and have been sticking to pretty simple carbs - oatmeal, an english muffin, that sort of thing, nothing too heavy or fatty. Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, did you find something that helped? I also usually have a coffee beforehand, so I wonder if that is contributing. I'm considering trying to save the coffee for afterwards, but I really need it to wake up, and also it helps get my gut moving (iykyk!) before a long run.
