Wth is mock allotment what is the meaning of it did i get what the message is telling or not i am not understanding or can i get better than the allotment?

I got 25k rank which clg should i take i finalised mufakham jah ?

I am getting like around 55 to 57 avg in mocks i did mechanics of physics and thermo and in maths i did the highest 5 6 weightage chp and nothing in chem what is the easiest way to get 10 more marks??
