For years, Joe has gone above and beyond for the families and businesses on his current route. Whether it’s delivering during difficult weather conditions, taking extra care with packages, helping customers with kindness and patience, or simply brightening someone’s day with a smile and quick conversation, Joe represents the very best of what customer service should be.
In a world where personal connection and reliability can feel rare, Joe has built trust throughout our community. He knows the people on his route, understands the needs of local businesses and residents, and takes pride in doing his job exceptionally well.
UPS asked the question, “What can Brown do for you?” For our community, Joe is the answer to that question through his dedication and outstanding service.
We recently learned that Joe may be removed from his current route. We strongly believe this would be a mistake — not only for the customers who appreciate him, but also for the quality and consistency of service our area has come to rely on.
Employees like Joe are a tremendous asset to UPS and deserve recognition for the positive impact they make in the communities they serve.
We respectfully ask UPS management to listen to the voices of the customers and businesses on Joe’s route and allow him to remain where he belongs.
