What’s the deal with artifacts? I have one and haven’t really been able to upgrade it. Do other people have multiple?? Am I missing something here?

Everyone says Anissa and black and blue mark are OP but conquest, thragg, and omniman have so much more power than them… can some explain that plz🤔🙏
