BAC Water

From the UK, we can't get hospira bac water over here but otherwise I'd love to. Anyway, why do you all say stay away from Chinese bac water. You use their peptides well enough. And in UK I'm 99% sure all the sellers of bac water are just selling china with their own label slapped on it, unless I'm wrong? So yh, what's with all the hate. I'm not paying $8 for one vial when I can get ten for that price

Reta cloudy?

Just reconstituted reta (on the left obvs). It's looking a bit cloudy. BAC water on the right to show the difference. Also, there's some residue on the glass from the plug. I added 0.5 acetic water and 2.5ml for reconstitution. I think it may be from the acetic water. Any clue?
