I got 90 yay
Didnt expect I’ll be getting a good score because I left the exam center feeling doubtful with how I performed yet when I received my score it was better than expected
Tips I wished I’d known before taking it:
-Don’t be overwhelmed with speaking. During the speaking part, I suddenly felt overwhelmed feeling like my voice got drowned out by other candidates’ voices. My voice was def softer so as I was speaking I was second guessing if my mic would work. Turns out you just had to speak normally, trust your mic will catch your voice. Just make sure you do your mic test properly. As for the exam, just do as you practice. The exam will give you a higher score than your mock test.
-Expect technical issues. I didnt fully prepare for any technical issues. Thankfully, the invigilator did talk about the possibility of it beforehand which was about screen blackouts. In my case, one question during the listening part glitched. I couldn’t hear the audio at all!
Having been unprepared with issues like this, I had thought of reporting it right there and then but I was hesitant since I know time is running out so I decided to report it after the exam. I dont actually know what to do with this but just stay calm.
