Just bought the Dreame R10 cordless vaccum today. Works normal on hardwood floor but carpet? Gets tangle in it and stops. I have the model V2309-7S1P-BCA

I'm not happy about that purchase at all when it's market for multi purposes and my other vaccum, who was way cheaper (but unfortunately discontinued) could do it easily. I don't have big hair carpets, it's soft and very slim.

I don't recommend it at all
