The Jules character should have been two people. Why is the college gossip hanging around ALL THE TIME.
A lot of ink has been spilled detailing people’s dislike for this particular character and wonder why they even exist. I agree with the former and not the latter. I think both aspects of Jules were needed so why didn’t they just split the character in two?
Ok you need a gossip girl type and don’t want them a mystery. Also, you don’t want two stuffy men giving game commentary. Then have it be a popular girl that is known around campus as the one in charge of The Fifth Line account and posts about stuff she sees at the events she has access to (frat parties, games, etc.). But NOT the house outside of party hours.
The plot point of putting on a show for the socials is still in tact and when she interrogates Hannah, it doesn’t leave a bad taste in our mouth for Logan’s sibling.
Now you want Logan to have a sounding board apart from the team and you want non binary representation then have that without the gossip aspect. No, seriously who would want to be hanging out the boy’s place with the college gossip hanging around everyday?

PS - how Jules acted int he Thanksgiving episode was trash. Almost made me close the browser.
