Hi,
Planning to buy flat in mulund (2BHK)

Ostwal gala kunj offering around 2 cr for 758 sq ft (after negotiation)
Kusum: 1.96 cr for 710 sq ft
Sainath vrindavan: 2.12 for 735 sq ft.

sainath looks like they will complete posession early in 1 year
ostwal gala kunj can take 2 years if done but looks like its stuck for a while (also developer history)
kusum: new developer so first project.

i dont want many amenities as maintenance is hassle. what do you think any one to choose or other options if you have any suggestions
