Buying advice

Hey, I been looking for awhile and think I found a good one. It’s a 2011 4x4, 1 owner, Texas xterra. It’s got 122k miles on it. Very clean interior and exterior. The dealer is asking for $10,500. Do yall think that’s a fair price?

Is $100 worth an autograph from Steve downs?

I was at a Con to meet Steve Downs. I’m a huge lifelong fan with lots of halo items/clothing in my home. So I went to the con to get one of my figures signed. It was $100 for an autograph. I couldn’t justify it in that moment because of how expensive just daily life has been lately but now I feel bad for not getting it. Did I miss an opportunity?
