Buenas tardes. Me he decidido a tomar este salto pero no se por donde comenzar dejare algunas de mis dudas principales acontinuacion y agradeceria la mayor ayuda posible

Como conseguir clientes ? Existe algun portal donde pueda ver contratos ( o el mismisimo linkedin ) o simplemente es hacer networking en redes y hacer cold calls a empresas y ofrecer servicios

Como saber/calcular el precio por dia/hr de mis servicios ?

Que errores solemos cometer al iniciar este tipo de contratos ? Como siempre estan las historias de como algun cliente se aprovecho o como al no consultar con un abogado generaste un contrato que no te cubria de la manera correcta me gustaria tener la mayor cantidad de variables cubiertas

Durante la creacion de la empresa/consultora/sl que problemas podria evitar ya sea con una inversion de capital o asesorandome

Que perdidas de dinero han tenido por no saber como gestionar ?

No esqtoy muy seguro de que estoy obviando asi que cualquier otro tip que quieran agregar se agradece

Hello all. This will be my first time asking for a raise, on previous jobs i just looked for a better offer since those were entry level stuff.

At my current company i have a good relationship with my boses and there hasnt been a single goal/ticket/project that i havent been able fulfill

But its been 3 years here and i havent even been called to discuss a raise, and ive become the guy that everyone ask for help/stuff they dont know.

I feel like if its not now , it will never happen so i have asked hr for a meeting tomorrow and all im going to say is "please what is the path for me to receive a raise"... i refuse go in with a powerpoint and "sell" the work ive done so far for a raise specially considering the amount of documentation and tracking done at this company and that i have fullfilled every single goal they put me against (some wayyyyy over my paygrade/knowledge) i will however walk in wanting to dialogate

I would appreciate any help regarding this topic. Like i said its my first time and im not sure what to push/fish for

I know i dint rly ask any questions but im so disillutioned/disheartened by my company (i know its all the same) and i just have to try a last hail mary before i just pick up my stuff and walk away

Im completely new so not sure what im doing wrong but i havent won a single game. Main reason is that by the time i enter the second area the enemy AI is already in front of my area exit/entrance and has 2x or even 3x my army

Ive been trying to clear as many fights as possible while scouting with a different hero so by the time i hit day 2 of week 2 i can win the area exit fight

Another way that i keep constantly losing is on maps that have a capture win con where i get the "game ends in x days" again around day 2-3 of week 2 with a massive army

Tried multiplayer to see if Ai was just 2 hard and the same happened on a couple of matches

Not sure what im doing wrong, i believe my econ is ok and im scouting and doing as much as possible each day

Any tips appreciated

Edit: since im already here which of the 3 mp options is the "main" ranked mode and which template should i use to practice in customs/quickmatch ?
