hi there, so ive been carnivore for the last 4.5 years but the last 6 months i have been getting servere dyshidtoric eczema, small blisters on the hands, very itchy, dont know what its coming from, havnt changed much in my diet the last 4.5 years, anyone else suffered from this being long term carnivore? also some kind of eczema on the legs and arms too, only on one side of the body, very thankful for answers!
