I could not find a pattern for weight 3 yarn for making a scarf. How do I do that?

Looking forward to suggestions but I don't want something very heavy and also want something easy to make

I just can't manage the tension 😭

I have started crocheting today itself but it's just too difficult for me ! I am using acrylic weight 3 and 3.75 mm hook for a scarf. Please help me.
