The preview reminds me of an old Stephen King novel, where a bus of people (novel was a plane) disappear for 21 years. Loved ones have moved on, and lots of confusion and hurt on both sides. In searches, nothing comes up due to a very big drama of a similar name.

Does anyone know the title of Wang Hao Zhen’s drama where he’s saved from a car accident by a fish seller. He’s amnesiac and married his savior, having twins together.
He’s later gains his memories, but forgets his wife and kids.
