So she had a version of Windows 11, which idk but its been more less 2 months since she had this issue with her laptop/drawing tablet.

After a Windows update her laptop began rejecting I guess, the drawing tablet, she uninstall the app, updated the drivers of the drawing tablet, she uses the duplicate display option instead of the extended display and then is where both the laptop and drawing tablet will do the thing when you connect a HDMI cable, the zoom out then zoom it but in repeated pattern and it would not stop unless you disconnect the tablet, I tried helping her with uninstalling the drivers, trying an older ver of windows 11, added the firmware and the issue still continues. Is there anything we can do?
