Completed my first 100 km ride on a steel-frame MTB, and I'm not even tired! 🚴‍♂️

Today, I completed my first-ever 100 km ride on my Squad 21 steel-frame MTB.

Over the past few weeks, I've been gradually increasing my cycling distance, going from shorter rides to 50 km, 75 km, 80 km, and finally hitting 100 km today.

The most surprising part? I'm not even feeling particularly tired after the ride. I expected to be completely exhausted, but I feel much better than I thought I would.

I'm curious whether this is because my body is adapting to longer rides, my pacing was good, or I'm simply recovering well.

For context, I'm riding a steel-frame MTB rather than a road bike (Cardiac SQUAD 21) Location - Delhi NCR

MCD Closed My Complaint Despite Ongoing Construction Dust Near a Cancer Patient's Home

My mother is a cancer patient who has undergone two major surgeries and 12 chemotherapy cycles. A building under construction in front of our house is generating heavy marble-cutting dust. I repeatedly requested the owner to use dust-control measures, but he ignored the requests. I filed a complaint through the MCD 311 app. An MCD official visited the site, instructed the owner to take precautions, and left. The owner continued the same activities, and the complaint was later closed without any effective action. What legal or administrative options are available to get this issue addressed in Delhi?
