There’s an American cockroach writhing in agony in the middle of my kitchen floor, presumably due to encountering pest control’s regular poison treatment. It has been seven hours and it’s still squirming on its back for dear life. Do we know how long it usually takes for these things to die? I’m avoiding the kitchen for as long as I can.
