Hiii, I bought this dress for 10€ because it's so so pretty and it would fit me if there was more space for my boobs and the armholes weren't so tight. So I thought I'd make it a halter neck to make it wearable.

Now I wonder if that's even possible and how one would go about doing that. As you can probably tell, I don't have much experience sewing or altering clothes like that, so I'd love some advice.

Unfortunately there's beading all around the halter/sleeve and idk how I'd separate it without fucking that up (glue?).
