Remaking my character.
I am brand new to Everquest. I just started playing about a week ago. I waa playing on a live server and heard about Frostreaver starting and got really excited for it.
I got on the server yesterday and made a Human Ranger. I got to level 5 and realized I misspelled my character's name. 😅
I deleted that character and made a new Human Ranger, but this time with the name spelled correctly.
I got to level 11 last night and then saw that that I chose the wrong diety. I wanted to pick Tunare, but I chose Karana. I think I was just in such a hurry to get the character's name before it was taken that I rushed through everything.
I have read that a Human Ranger should always pick Tunare due to a BIS helmet you can get.
The reason I am writing this is to ask if I should remake my character again, this time with the correct name and diety. 😆 I don't really want to considering it took me all day yesterday to level up.
But also it only took 1 day, and now that I am more familiar with the process I could probably do it much faster.
tldr: I chose Karana for my Human Ranger, but I wanted Tunare for the helmet. How important is that helmet, and should I reroll my character?
Edit: I did not reroll my character. I am now level 16 and loving life. I am having a lot of fun pulling with the bow, using melee until they run and then using snare and shooting them with the bow until death.
It might not be the modt effecient method, but it's fun. 😁
