Do I need to get these beams replaced?
A few years ago there was a fire in the attic of a deceased family member and the whole roof was replaced, but I was only able to visit the property recently. I noticed that several beams are charred and some are not connected to the roof at all.
Can anyone tell me how bad the damage is and how hard this will be to fix? Also this is in the UK if thats relevant.
