Hi all,

I’ve been taking 100mg Spirinolactone for 2 months now, my doctor upped my dosage but I had just gotten a refill of my 25mg pills, so I was taking 4 25mg pills a day. Once I finished that bottle, my doctor prescribed 50mg pills. I’m still taking the same amount and the manufacturer is the same, but I’m breaking out more so much and my hair is oily again? It kinda feels like the pill isn’t as effective anymore. Manufacturer is Amneal, my skin and oily hair got sooo much better when I was using the 25mg pills. Can the dosage of the pill affect its efficacy?
