We have a neighbour who is always shouting at the kids, he has the patience of a 6 month old. It stresses me out so much so can only imagine what it is doing to his poor kids. His wife has been going on work trips recebtly and when she is away it is worse, louder, quicker to lose it. I worry for a few reasons 1) I dont want the kids thinking they deserve that or should grow up in that shitty environment 2) that he will physically hurt them. Last time the wife went away I heard one kid say you hit me after he lost it. I wanted to message her, I really dont think its safe for them to be with him. What do I do?
