How do I stop my Claude from spewing nonsense for 600+ words, every time I ask it a simple Calculus or Chemistry question, If I asked it a question with more nuance sure I wouldn't mind the extra word count, but it gets to a point, is it my prompting, I feel like I do fairly well at settings instructions and giving context to each question, but if I ask it to shorten the word count, it just cuts information and starts assuming I know things I don't, which I guess makes sense when you ask it to shorten length, but how do I find an in between.

Sorry if this is a noob question, I only use Claude for homework lol

TLDR: Claude word vomit, either too much word or too little word, help.
