Hamilton Park Basketball Game Ruined by Loud Music
Is anyone else bothered by the obnoxious music playing on the loudspeakers at the basketball games in Hamilton Park this season? These school games are always so fun, and over the years I have always enjoyed supporting the local teams. However, this year there is a food vendor there blasting music over a loud speaker. It isn't just that I hate the style of music they are playing, that is irrelevant, but the music is super loud and obnoxious, and unnecessary. These games used to focus on the GAME, but now the music is so distracting that I don't want to sit and watch. Not to mention that it is playing throughout the *entire* game. No breaks. I feel like it is likely distracting for the players as well (even if they won't admit it). If they want to do a half-time song or two, that's fine, but blasting this on weeknights for hours at a time is pretty crappy. I don't think a few calm weeknights in the park without music blasting for one reason or another, is too much to ask...
