There are no problems on iPhone or Apple devices, but the exact same settings USB audio only works when in Sample Mode. I’m not sure if this is an Android audio configuration thing or a TE thing. Happens on both EP-133 and EP-40.
Anyone figure out a workaround?
The monthly beat-making club I attend picked an album from Pallett. This is my flip that comes from a 2 bar snippet of a guitar solo.
More of sequence vs live performance this time, with the assistance of live individual pad mutes. I resampled the main guitar chops as well as the hat pattern into single pads and programmed the bass with Keys mode.
Here’s another performance for the live set I’m preparing.
Pad layout is:
Guitar - Open Hats - Guitar lead
Guitar - Closed Hat - Ride
Snare - Snare 2 - Guitar
Kick - Kick 2 - Bass loop
I’m preparing for a live performance in a month. I’ve chopped up my own songs and trying out various approaches with the KO-II, Sidekick, and Riddim. The goal is to keep everything as live as possible, though I will sequence some elements so I can use performance effects.
This is the first track (not necessarily first in order), but I haven’t needed to sequence any part of it. Everything is queued up on the pads.
I was really disappointed that I could only hear my USB audio input on sample mode, then saw in another thread you could change it in the system settings. The System code is 511.

Hi! I’m a software dev who worked on the Repitch tool (pitches samples up an octave to save space) and wanted to share a KO-II companion app I’m working on.
It’s still early stages, but tonight I got trimming and envelope mapping working (as seen in the video). I’ve also added Repitch, reverse playback, mono conversion, destructive trimming, sample uploading, and recording as well.
I hope you like this ugly little app as much as I do! I promise I’ll polish it once I got the bugs worked out. Let me know what features you’d like to see!
