I recently purchased 3 vintage synthesizers on eBay from different sellers. Two of them arrived in perfect condition, but the third one was slightly dysfunctional.

I left a 3 star positive review mentioning the issues on what I thought was the seller of the dysfunctional item, but it turned out to be the seller of one of the functional items.

I feel quite bad because the seller I left these 3 stars for deserves a 5 star review and I mentioned the item not working as intended in the review I left. I reached out to the seller, but I was wondering if there is any way for a positive review to be revised?
