I got perscribed this gel with tret and clindamycin.
I have used it for 2-3 months every other night, with finacea (AA 10-15%) almost every morning. (With 2 weeks tret-break because of Thailand vacation) I don’t think I purged, but the results are not as strong as I’d hoped. Still feel like my acne-prone combination skin does whatever it feels, some days with no active acne, other days I wake up with severeal new spots. Feeling a bit clueless tbh? Honestly tempted for accutane, but I know I do not have severe enough acne. Anyone with a simular routine, that can advice me here?

Have had this for some months now, and don’t know how to get rid of it!

Have tried TO azelaic acid, and it helped. But it does not seem to go away…. Anyone that has any experience with rash like this by the nose?
