Please help

I don't know what to do , im really stuck at this point of time , I think after 10 class what ever disicion I have taken all are waste of time I completed my 12 with commerce stemer after that I have done bcom ( complete in 2023 ) then I took 2 years gaps with bcom i have given lot of government exam and banking exam but cleared none last year i joined a school as a part time job too , itna competition dekh kr lagta hai ki kuch nhi ho payega . Know I think that I can't do any government exam i don't know any clear pattern or any type of exam im average at everything . One of my friends told me go for private job i thought may be I can do that but I really didn't know what and how to do , i thought may be I should start learning japanese and then after completing certain level then apply for marketing or any type private job that requires language proficiency.but now I'm stuck at this point of time I really don't know what to do , I'm just crying , can't sleep from past 3 week getting headache and fever , at the age of 23 I just don't know what to do , I'm just thinking ki mere se ab kuch nhi ho payega , some time I really get thought to just die i really don't know what to do .....
