Looking for Routine Recommendations

MB here of 2 and 3.5 year old boys. This is their last week of daycare and our nanny starts the following week. Looking for recommendations of what’s worked well and what hasn’t as far as daily routines go. We are encouraging of the nanny to bring the boys to the park, pool, library, etc.

She will start at 7:30 am, which is when I leave for work. Is it okay to have her change them in the morning, and brush their teeth?

We would love for her to help us with some light curriculum for the boys. Any concerns here? Does anyone have recommended books or programs they’ve used for this age? I want it to be interesting/fun for the boys, and not overwhelming for anyone.

She also comes from the daycare setting. I think it may make sense for them to do the daily curriculum before going on a daily outing.

And then lunch, nap time, play at home and then I’ll be home at 4:30 every day. We will put all of our trust in her as the expert and let her manage the day as she sees fit and in excited to see what she comes up with.

We are also encouraging no tv with nanny.

I think these are my main thoughts/questions right now. But any advice or encouraging comments are really appreciated. Feeling a bit stressed making this big family change.
